Jordan Rivers
Helping you wade through your weekday evenings and Sunday afternoons, Jordan Rivers is the newest member of the BIG Cat family! Kentucky boy born and raised, Jordan knows country is at the heart of this state, and couldn't be better positioned in the Commonwealth's Heartland just north of country music's capital city.
Jordan had a passion for radio at an early age, but it wasn't not country music. During his senior year in high school, Jordan assisted the local play-by-play broadcaster of girl's basketball and boy's soccer at WAAK in Benton, KY with research and announcing. That's when Jordan decided sports broadcasting was his career at the University of Louisville. After graduating in 2010, Jordan worked behind the scenes for sports talk radio station WKRD-AM, as well as WMUS-AM and WMCX-FM in Louisville, KY. Through his skill as a passion for sports, he's always had a passion for country music and joined the Big Cat in August 2014, and is excited to work with talented veterans in the industry right here in the Heartland!
Jordan comes from the small town of Calvert City, KY and enjoys playing golf, rooting for his Louisville Cardinals, and playing the saxophone when he's away from the mic.
